Mindfulness sessions for young people

In todays fast paced, highly digital society more and more young people are experiencing overwhelm, burn out, anxiety and stress.

Mindfulness is beneficial in the following ways;

group sessions run weekly- £3 a session

Sessions are interactive and fun. Each week your child will gain skills to enable them to build their own tool kit, providing them with life long techniques to maintain their well being. Sessions are split by age allowing for age appropriate language and tasks. Teen sessions have a larger focus on learning techniques such as mediation, visualisation, journaling and self regulation, whilst younger ages learn about what makes them ‘them’, how emotions feel inside their body and how to develop healthy relationships. Groups are small and SEN needs are catered for.

Monday 4pm – 5-8yr olds 45mins via Zoom

Monday 7pm- Teens (up to age 16) 1 hr via Zoom

Tuesday 4pm- 9-12yr olds 45mins via Zoom
